![]() Ethical Policy Our products are made from recycled or re-made materials and they are all created by us in our Nottingham shop. We use recycled and recyclable carrier bags, labels and flyers and our packaging for online goods is recycled or we re-use old packaging. We’re trying to do our bit to help but we are nowhere near perfect, there’s lots more that we can do and we’re going to keep trying to ethically improve all areas of our business. We’ll let you know what else we get up to on the way. Your Privacy We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than for posting, and your personal information will not be disclosed to any third party. Returns We will refund any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If the item is faulty then it can be returned after the 14 day period. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear. We do not offer free returns postage on unwanted products so please consider your purchase carefully before paying for the items. If the item is faulty or damaged then we will add the cost of the postage to the amount being refunded. When returning the item please address the package to: Kathleen & Lily’s, 205 Mansfield Road, Nottingham, NG1 3FS. Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items. The refund will be processed once your goods have been received by us. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact us with your order number, postcode and new card details. If you’re local to Nottingham you can always pop in to our shop with the goods and we will deal with it in person. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
